This Privacy Policy describes how staySky collects and uses Personal Data about you through the use of our Websites, when you apply to or become a member of the staySky Vacation Clubs, mobile applications, and through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and staySky Vacation Clubs.

staySky is the data controller of the Personal Data you provide to us. We have mobilized a team to determine if we are required to appoint a DPO and/or a representative in the EU and will update this policy when our analysis has been completed.
staySky is the data controller of your Personal Data. staySky is analyzing if it is required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and a representative in the European Union in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. When we have completed our analysis, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect such appointments. staySky may be contacted in any manner set forth below in the “Contact Information” Section of this Privacy Policy.
Our Websites are not intended for children under the age of 18 and children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our Websites. We will remove any information about a child under the age of 18 if we become aware of it.

To ensure your Personal Data (other than Personal Data you provide directly to us on our Websites) is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, staySky uses Data Protection Agreements between staySky and all other recipients of your data that include, where applicable, the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (the “Standard Contractual Clauses”). The European Commission has determined that the transfer of Personal Data pursuant to the Standard Contractual Clauses provides for an adequate level of protection of your Personal Data. Under these Standard Contractual Clauses, you have the same rights as if your data was not transferred to such third party. We retain your Personal Data for as long as you keep your account open. In some instances, we may keep it after you close your account, for example we may keep it:

If you are a staySky Vacation Clubs member or have used any staySky services, staySky will retain your personal data for the entire time that you keep your account open and/or have reservation history with our properties. After you close your account, we may retain your Personal Data:
